About Rachel
Rachel's journey to the tarot and to healing arts started with her own journey of personal and spiritual growth. During a difficult time recovering from the birth of her daughter, a teacher invited her to participate in her Process Coaching practicum. Rachel noticed that every time she spoke to this teacher she felt better. As she started experiencing Process Coaching through these sessions, she felt called to receive the training herself. She started as a practitioner in 2010 and then took the coaches training. Through Process Coaching, which is largely based on the channeled teachings from the "The Right Use of Will" books, she received training in the use of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnosis, perceptual positions, constellation work, Ho'oponopono, releasing denial energy and judgments against oneself, regression for working through trauma, becoming the resourceful healer and feeling into field position, using intuition including clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, as well as deepening her relationship with God through intentional writing/dialoguing/channeling. Rachel absolutely adores the Divine! She has done much exploring of Divine Will and the feminine Divine (the Mother) especially. She feels called to bring more focus to the Mother as the feminine aspect of God.
In 2019, Rachel's love of the tarot began as a desire to bring her relationship with the Divine into full color with the intention of staying out of her head and letting her intuition guide her. She took classes from Sally Dubats and found that Sally's approach was aligned with her own beliefs. The depth and beauty from the symbolism, archetypes and the art within the cards met and exceeded what Rachel was hoping to experience. To book a tarot session with Rachel go to her scheduling page. She first learned on a traditional Rider-Waite deck and then soon discovered "The Light Seer's Tarot" by Chris-Anne. She fell in love with the deck and uses "The Light Seer's Tarot" for most of her readings. Rachel uses a variety of tarot decks and oracle cards. Some of her favorites oracle decks are "The Rose Oracle" by Rebecca Campbell, "Blue Angel Oracle" by Toni Carmine Salerno, "Mother Mary Oracle" by Alana Fairchild, and "Nature's Whispers" by Angela Hartfield. Rachel gets super excited when talking about her favorite decks and may add to and edit this list frequently!
Now about Rachel's journey with Family and Systemic Constellations. In 2012 Rachel attended a weekend Process Coaching conference in Ukiah, CA. They had a Family Constellations workshop and she fell in love with the modality. She moved to the Portland, Oregon area in 2017 and searched for a way to gain a fundamental and deeper education of Systemic Constellations. That was when she found Jane. She took and completed the facilitator training with Jane Peterson, PhD of Human Systems Institute. Constellation work is versatile and can even be used in concert with the tarot! Rachel offers constellation work in virtual or in-person sessions one-on-one (these are 60-minute sessions), and in-person workshops with groups so we can use humans as reps. The superpower of constellation work is being able to see the relationships between yourself and others or even parts of yourself to gain new perspectives and understanding. It also allows for huge pivotal shifts that could otherwise take months of therapy to obtain. Rachel currently collaborates with one of the women from her facilitator training-cohort offering constellation workshops in the Portland, Oregon area. If you are interested in attending an in-person workshop where you can explore a constellation of your own with reps, please send her a message through her contact page. And, if you're not sure where to start, book an Initial Consultation!
