No Guarantees

Tarot readings represent intuitive interpretations and perspectives. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, predictions, or future events.

Personal Responsibility

By participating in a reading, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information received.

Age Requirement

Services are for individuals 18 years of age or older.  By using our services, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Payment for services

• Most services require payment up-front.  If services are cancelled before your appointment, and you have pre-paid via credit card, we will refund 95% of your payment.  Our credit processors charge a non-refundable fee for all transactions.
• If you do not show for an appointment, we will allow you a courtesy 1-time re-schedule per year for no additional fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• If you post-pay for an appointment, payment is due within 15 days of the appointment and before the next appointment.  Your account is subject to a 9% annual interest charge on all monies due beyond 15 days.
• Subscription services require a credit card and agreement to auto-renewal. 
  • You may cancel your service at any time which will prevent automatic renewal.
  • After the first 30 days, no refunds will be made for any subscription.  Within the first 30 days, a 95% refund will be honored should you be dissatisfied with our services.

Limitation of Liability

Divine Wisdom Tarot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or any services provided.
